A Bloomington classic, serving an array of Asian cuisine... Including Tibetian food. I have loved this restaurant since I was a child and have made more than a few dates true believers. Just don't ask for a 5 unless you're serious about pain.

This Tibetan restaurant has such a unique atmosphere, along with great food.. It is also unique in that it is owned and operated by Jigme Norbu, the newphew of the Dalai Lama of Tibet. Try the the Jasha Thupka, or just about anything for matter.

My fiance and I make a point to eat at the Snow Lion everytime we visit Bloomington. We have never had to wait. Service is always great and prompt. The food is wonderful and worth every penny. The history of this restaurant is very interesting and everyone in Bloomington seems to know it:)
